Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times typically range from 7–15 business days, depending on your location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow it every step of the way.
Are there customs fees?
For international orders, customers are responsible for any local customs duties or taxes incurred.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and unworn.
Are earrings returnable?
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings (including our crystal butterfly collection) are final sale unless they arrive damaged.
Jewelry Care
How do I care for my Herprint jewelry?
To maintain the high brilliance of your 14k gold plating and natural zircon, avoid contact with water, perfumes, and lotions.
How should I store my jewelry?
To prevent tarnishing, we include a reusable anti-oxidation bag with every order. When you're not wearing your jewelry, keep it sealed in the bag to protect it from moisture and air.
