Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States, Canada and Hong Kong. Orders ship from our warehouse in China with tracking and arrive in 7 to 15 business days; expedited shipping is not available. Orders of $75 USD or more ship free. Otherwise, standard shipping is $10 USD to the United States, $7 USD to Canada and $4 USD to Hong Kong.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow it every step of the way.
Are there customs fees?
For international orders, customers are responsible for any local customs duties or taxes incurred.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept eligible returns requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
Are earrings returnable?
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings (including our crystal butterfly collection) are final sale unless they arrive damaged or wrong. Then email us a photo and we'll send a new one.
Jewelry Care
How do I care for my Herprint jewelry?
To keep the shine of your 14k gold plating and 5A cubic zirconia, avoid contact with water, perfumes, and lotions.
How should I store my jewelry?
To prevent tarnishing, we include a reusable anti-oxidation bag with every order. When you're not wearing your jewelry, keep it sealed in the bag to protect it from moisture and air.
Sizing & Fit
How do I find my size?
Our size guide (herprint.co/pages/size-guide) has full ring, necklace and bracelet measurements, plus simple tips for measuring at home. Adjustable rings fit US 5 to 9, and every chain adjusts. Still unsure? Email xiaowen.yu.work@gmail.com and we'll help.
