We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Hong Kong. Orders of $75 USD or more ship free. Otherwise, standard shipping is $10 USD to the United States, $7 USD to Canada, and $4 USD to Hong Kong. Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days. Expedited shipping is not available.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow it every step of the way.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any local customs duties or taxes incurred.

We accept eligible returns requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Due to hygiene reasons, earrings (including our crystal butterfly collection) are final sale unless they arrive damaged.

To maintain the high brilliance of your 14k gold plating and natural zircon, avoid contact with water, perfumes, and lotions.

To prevent tarnishing, we include a reusable anti-oxidation bag with every order. When you're not wearing your jewelry, keep it sealed in the bag to protect it from moisture and air.
