Shipping & Return
All orders are processed and prepared within 1-3 days, followed by a confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your journey. We want you to love your herprint as much as we loved creating it; therefore, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided pieces are in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.
The following orders on herprint.co are final sale:
- International orders shipped to destinations outside the United States;
- Pieces in our Gallery collection;
- Custom orders (including engraved or otherwise altered items);
- Items designated final sale; and
- Orders purchased with store credit.
We do not accept returns or exchanges of any of the above items.

Care Guide
Daily Wear
As a general rule, jewelry should be the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off. To preserve the finish of your pieces, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and hairsprays. We recommend removing your jewelry before exercising, swimming, or showering to prevent exposure to moisture and chemicals.

Cleaning & Storage
To maintain the original brilliance, gently wipe your jewelry after each wear with a soft, lint-free cloth. For a deeper clean, use lukewarm water and a drop of mild soap, then pat dry immediately with a clean cloth. Avoid chemical cleaners or sonic baths which can damage the delicate surface.
When not in use, store your pieces in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. We recommend using the provided herprint pouch to prevent scratching and minimize oxidation. Keeping your necklaces fastened and stored separately will ensure they remain tangle-free.
