01What our earrings are made of

Look for the material line under every price. Our crystal studs and huggie hoops are 925 sterling silver plated in 14k gold or finished in rhodium, set with 5A cubic zirconia. Our resin pieces are hand-poured, so no two are identical, and light enough to forget you have them on.

02Studs, huggies or drops

Studs sit flat and go with everything. Huggies are small hinged hoops that close around the lobe and are the easiest earring to wear every day. Drops and statement pairs are for the evenings you want the earring to do the talking. Most people build an ear from one of each.

03Care

Put earrings on last, after perfume and hairspray, and take them off before sleep. Wipe the posts with a dry cloth now and then and keep each pair in its pouch.

04Shipping and returns

Orders ship from our warehouse in China and arrive in 7 to 15 business days. Free U.S. shipping on orders over $75. For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless they arrive damaged. We ship to the United States, Canada and Hong Kong, and every pair arrives in an anti-oxidation pouch.

05Are the crystals real?

They are 5A cubic zirconia, a lab-made crystal cut like a diamond, not natural gemstones. 5A is the clearest, best-cut grade of CZ.

06Are the huggie hoops comfortable to sleep in?

They're small and hinged, so they don't catch. Still, taking them off at night keeps the plating bright for longer.

07Are the earrings sold as a pair?

Yes, every listing is for a pair.

08Can I return earrings?

No. For hygiene reasons earrings are final sale unless they arrive damaged; email xiaowen.yu.work@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace them.

09Which pair is the best gift?

Small crystal huggies or a single-crystal stud suit almost everyone and don't need a size. For someone who loves color, the resin drops.
